This Community Association is comprised of 155 single family homes and amenities such as a beautiful park area, playground & pool area. The design of the community with its landscape and greenbelt areas really gives the community a park like feel for all to relax and enjoy. Past and present Board of Directors have volunteered their time and worked very hard to protect and maintain the continuity and harmonious feel of the Association, along with protecting physical and fiscal assets. The Board working with Association business professionals has been fiscally prudent with Association finances to ensure the long term planning and success of the Association.
